Description

Acoustic CFD Simulation Training Package, ANSYS Fluent, 8 Learning Products

The Acoustic CFD Simulation Training Package by ANSYS Fluent caters to Advanced users. It includes 8 practical exercises focused on simulating acoustic projects. By completing this training, you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge and learn modeling approaches and methods for CFD simulations. Notably, environmental noise (acoustic) significantly impacts our daily lives, affecting communication, sleep, learning, annoyance, performance, and even health. Forward-thinking product designers and engineers incorporate practical noise mitigation strategies into their designs.

The package includes these products:

1. Thermoacoustic Analysis in Combustion Chamber CFD Simulation, ANSYS Fluent

This project, Non-Premixed Combustion & Acoustics, investigates a Thermoacoustic phenomenon inside a chamber using CFD simulation in ANSYS Fluent software. In thermoacoustic systems, heat is used to generate sound waves, which can then be used to perform various tasks like pumping heat or producing electricity.

2. Quadcopter CFD Simulation, Toroidal Propeller vs Simple Propeller, Acoustic Analysis, Industrial Application

In this project, we will simulate a drone in a hover position with a toroidal and normal propeller to absorb the sound level around the domain and generate sound by the propeller. We have a quadcopter with four rotors rotating at 1200 RPM.

3. Acoustic CFD Simulation (LES) of airflow over Cylinders in 4 Different Positions, Ansys Fluent Training

In this project, the airflow Acoustics over Cylinders in Different Positions (LES) has been simulated, and the simulation results have been investigated using ANSYS Fluent software. We perform this CFD project and investigate it by CFD analysis.

4. Acoustic in a Turbojet Intake Fan CFD Simulation

The present problem simulates the airflow inside a turbojet and examines the acoustic wave and the sound produced inside this turbojet by ANSYS Fluent software. The software uses the acoustic model to study sound or acoustic waves.

5. Acoustic (FWH) Investigation on a HAWT, ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Tutorial

In this simulation, the acoustic performance of a wind turbine and the noises created by it at different points of its surrounding domain have been investigated in a transient state with the help of ANSYS Fluent software.

6. Acoustic (Broadband) Investigation on a HAWT, ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Tutorial

In this simulation, the acoustic performance of a wind turbine and the noises created by it at different points of its surrounding domain have been investigated. The project is done in a transient state with the help of ANSYS Fluent software.

7. Ducted Fan: Noise and Thrust CFD Study, ANSYS Fluent

The present project simulates a ducted fan employed in a room. The study aims to investigate the acoustic condition & performance.

8. Sound Generation of a Ceiling Fan (FW-H Vs. Wave Equation)

In this project, the Sound Generation of a Ceiling Fan in a Room with both Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings and Wave equation models have been simulated. The simulation results have been investigated using ANSYS Fluent software. We perform this CFD project and investigate it by CFD analysis.
